Our Accessibility Commitment

Accessibility isn't a checkbox for us — it's the reason this brand exists. Here's what that means in practice, both on this website and in how we work with you.

On This Website

You'll find a small toolbar at the very top of every page (look for "Accessibility:" near the top) with controls to:

  • Increase or decrease text size (A− / A / A+) — this scales text sitewide, not just this page, and your preference is remembered on your next visit.
  • Turn on High Contrast mode — switches the site to a stark black-and-white palette with underlined links and stronger borders, for easier reading.
  • Reduce Motion — turns off animations and transitions across the site. We also automatically respect your device's own "reduce motion" setting if you have one turned on.

Beyond the toolbar, we've built this site with semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable menus and forms, visible focus indicators on every interactive element, descriptive alt text on images, and a "skip to content" link for screen reader and keyboard users. We test with these tools in mind, but we know we won't catch everything — see "Tell Us What's Not Working" below.

In How We Work With You

Accessibility matters just as much off-screen. When you book a consultation, you can tell us:

  • Your preferred way to be contacted — phone call, WhatsApp text, email, or a combination
  • Whether you'd like a family member or interpreter included in conversations
  • Any accommodations that would help when we arrange meetings or calls

None of this is a special request that needs justifying — it's simply part of how we work with every client.

Tell Us What's Not Working

If any part of this website or our process is difficult for you to use, we want to know — not to file away, but to actually fix. Reach us at info@handicapmatrimony.in or WhatsApp, and we'll respond directly, in whatever format works best for you.
